研究了磷酸处理对TiAl金属间化合物抗恒温/循环氧化性能的影响.在800-900℃,磷酸处理降低TiAl的氧化速率一个数量级以上,且大大提高TiAl的抗循环氧化能力;在850℃循环氧化200h未见氧化膜剥落.分析表明,抗氧化性能的提高源于磷酸处理促进了TiAl表面连续富A12O3内层的形成.
The effects of phosphoric acid treatment on the thermostatic / cyclic oxidation of TiAl intermetallics were investigated. At 800-900 ℃, phosphoric acid treatment reduced the oxidation rate of TiAl by more than an order of magnitude, and greatly improved the anti-cyclic oxidation ability of TiAl. No oxidation film peeling was observed after cyclic oxidation at 850 ℃ for 200h.The analysis showed that the improvement of oxidation resistance was originated from phosphoric acid The treatment promoted the formation of a continuous rich A12O3 inner layer on the TiAl surface.
