简要介绍了高速空冷木工电主轴的结构组成及其相对于金属切削用电主轴的一些特点,详细分析了高速空冷木工电主轴的主要热源及散热机制,建立了高速空冷木工电主轴的有限元模型,运用ANSYS有限元软件,分析了热稳定状态下空冷电主轴的温度场分布及转速对电主轴温升的影响。结果表明,在木工电主轴的冷却方式上:通过合理的设计散热结构空冷能够满足高速木工电主轴散热要求,同时空冷相对于水冷或油冷有很多优点。
This paper briefly introduced the structure of high speed air-cooled woodworking spindle and its characteristics relative to the main spindle of metal cutting. The main heat sources and heat dissipation mechanism of high speed air-cooled woodworking spindle were analyzed in detail. The finite element model of high speed air-cooled woodworking spindle , The use of ANSYS finite element software, analysis of the thermal stability of the air-cooled spindle temperature field distribution and speed on the spindle temperature rise. The results show that the cooling method of woodworking spindle can meet the cooling requirements of high-speed woodworking spindle through a reasonable design of cooling air cooling structure, while air cooling has many advantages over water cooling or oil cooling.
