本学期开学,我们学校就颁布了《巨峰中学高效课堂实施方案》。于是,我校开始了轰轰烈烈的教改。万事开头难,首先,大部分老师思想认识跟不上,再加上传统观念根深蒂固,反对声一浪高过一浪。其次,学生感觉无序、杂乱,赶热闹的比学习的多,甚至起哄、跟风。另外,家长及社会外部反对声也不少,都觉得怎么老师不讲课了,学生自己能学到什么东西?下面就是我制定的语文高效课堂教学基本模式。
This semester begins, our school promulgated “Kyoho High School efficient classroom implementation plan.” So, my school started a vigorous education reform. All things are hard at the beginning. First of all, most teachers can not keep up with their ideological understanding. In addition to the deep-rooted traditional beliefs, the opposition wave after wave. Second, students feel disorderly, messy, hustle and bustle more than they learn, and even play a role in coaxing and following suit. In addition, parents and outside the community a lot of opposition, all think how teachers do not lectures, students can learn what they own? Here is my formulation of the basic pattern of efficient language teaching in the classroom.
