为了研究四冲程柴油机的燃烧,设计和制造了一个新的试验装置,它是由一台正常的多缸柴油机改装而成,本试验装置能够象“急速压燃装置”一样只作单循环试验。本装置的气缸头由有机玻璃制成,通过它可以看到气缸中的燃烧的全景。试验装置上的进、排气系统,射油系统及控制系统都是专门设计的。在试验研究中活塞的运动规律及气缸中的热状态等与实际发动机完全一样,因此得到的实验结果将非常精确地显示出四冲程柴油机气缸中的燃烧现象。
In order to study the combustion of a four-stroke diesel engine, a new test device was designed and manufactured which was modified from a normal multi-cylinder diesel engine. The test device can be used as a single cycle test just like a “rapid compression ignition device.” The cylinder head of the unit is made of plexiglass, through which you can see the panoramic view of the combustion in the cylinder. The intake and exhaust systems, injection systems and control systems on the test rig are specially designed. In the experimental study, the motion of the piston and the thermal state in the cylinder are exactly the same as the actual engine, so the experimental results obtained will show the combustion phenomenon in the four-stroke diesel engine cylinder very accurately.
