目的 观察谷胱甘肽对博莱霉素 (Bleomycin ,BLMA5)致大鼠肺间质纤维化模型的干预作用。方法 大鼠随机分为对照组、BLM模型组、谷胱甘肽组。按BLM 5mg·kg-1体重复制大鼠肺间质纤维化模型 ,2 4h后谷胱甘肽组每天腹腔内注射谷胱甘肽注射液 12 0mg·kg-1。于 7、14、2 8d观察各组肺间质纤维化形成的病理变化和肺匀浆中谷胱甘肽 (GSH)及胶原的含量变化。结果 与模型组比较 ,谷胱甘肽组病理变化与模型组一致 ,但较BLM模型组减轻 ;肺组织匀浆GSH含量明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ,胶原含量无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 腹腔内注射谷胱甘肽具有对抗氧自由基、保护肺脏免受氧化损伤的作用 ,但对BLM引起的肺脏胶原沉积无明显保护作用
Objective To observe the effect of glutathione on the pulmonary interstitial fibrosis model induced by bleomycin (BLMA5) in rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into control group, BLM model group and glutathione group. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: glutathione (GSH) injection group (120 mg · kg-1) was intraperitoneally injected with BLM 5 mg · kg-1 body weight. The pathological changes of interstitial fibrosis and the content of glutathione (GSH) and collagen in lung homogenate were observed on the 7th, 14th, 28th day. Results Compared with the model group, the pathological changes of glutathione group were the same as those in the model group, but were less than those in the BLM model group. The content of GSH in the lung homogenate was significantly increased (P <0.01) 0 5). Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection of glutathione has the effect of resisting oxygen free radicals and protecting the lung from oxidative damage, but has no obvious protective effect on BLM-induced pulmonary collagen deposition
