目的:讨论姚雪垠《牛全德与红萝卜》豫西方言的使用。方法:查阅文献资料并结合经验进行归纳总结。结论:《牛全德与红萝卜》中使用了大量河南方言中的歇后语、谚语、习惯用语等,这些带有浓厚地方色彩和鲜明文化内涵的语言吸收了中国传统文化幽默风趣、生动通俗的特点,填充着普通话话语世界留下的某些意义空白,给读者带来了返璞归真的新鲜感,同时也体现了农耕文化的质朴,因此,具有很高的语言学、民俗学和文化学价值,值得研究。
Objective: To discuss the use of Yao Xinyin’s “Cow Quan De and carrot” in western Henan dialect. Methods: Review the literature and combined with experience to summarize. Conclusion: A large number of henhou, proverbs and idioms in Henan dialect are used in “Cow Quan De and carrot”. These languages with strong local color and vivid cultural connotation have absorbed the humorous, vivid and popular features of Chinese traditional culture. Some gaps left in the Mandarin discourse world bring the readers a fresh sense of returning to the nature and the simplicity of the farming culture. Therefore, it is worthwhile to study with high linguistic, folkloric and cultural values.
