教育与学校音乐教育是传承发展中国传统音乐不可缺少、不可替代的“承载体”。本文以地方高校为依托,以音乐专业为基点,研究多元文化背景下传统音乐文化转化创新及地方高校教育变革转型的内在关联及体系建设。继而推进地方文化传承、引领传统文化创新、尊重多样文化发展。一方面实现传统音乐文化的新时期活化;一方面实现中国特色的音乐教育体系变革。
Education and school music education is an indispensable and irreplaceable carrier of traditional Chinese music. Based on the local colleges and universities, this paper studies the internal relations and system construction of traditional music culture transformation and transformation of local higher education under the background of multi-culture based on local music education. Then promote the local cultural heritage, leading the traditional culture and innovation, respect for the development of diverse cultures. On the one hand to achieve the activation of the new era of traditional music culture; on the one hand to achieve the reform of music education system with Chinese characteristics.
