目的:阐述2009年海口市大肠菌群各菌型在公共餐(饮)具中造成污染的状况.方法:对公共餐(饮)具大肠菌群污染状况进行统计分析,并对200株大肠菌群阳性菌进行鉴定分型.结果:2009年全市共检测公共餐(饮)具4091份,合格3498份,总合格率为85.5%.200株大肠菌群中,共检出肺炎克雷伯菌107株,占53.5%;阴沟肠杆菌46株,占23.0%;弗劳地柠檬酸杆菌29株,占14.5%;大肠埃希菌18株,占9.0%.结论:肺炎克雷伯菌是2009年海口市公共餐(饮)具大肠菌群污染的主要型别.
