因毒瘤的作用、放疗和化疗的打击、手术的影响,使很多癌症患者食欲降低,食量减少,导致程度不同的蛋白质热量营养不良,突出表现为体重减轻和血浆蛋白水平降低,影响患者的预后,进一步降低病人的生活质量。很多患者为此心情沮丧,信心受挫。然而,虽然纠正癌症病人的营养状况并非易事,但了解影响其摄食的原因,并针对不同症状采用相应的营养干预手段,在一定程度上改善病人的生活质量及预后并非奢望。
Due to the role of cancerous tumors, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the impact of surgery, many patients with cancer have reduced appetite and decreased their food intake, resulting in malnutrition of proteins with different degrees of severity. The main manifestations are weight loss and plasma protein levels, affecting the prognosis of patients. Further reduce the patient’s quality of life. Many patients feel depressed and their confidence is frustrated. However, although it is not easy to correct the nutritional status of cancer patients, it is not a luxury to understand the factors that affect their feeding and adopt appropriate nutritional interventions for different symptoms to improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients to a certain extent.
