目的 掌握寒区冬季飞行人员营养与膳食特点,发现问题,提出改进意见。方法 采用称量法对张家口、丹东、齐齐哈尔驻地飞行人员进行膳食调查,本所研制的97型营养计算软件计算。结果 寒区冬季飞行人员热能、蛋白质及抗坏血酸、烟酸、铁、锌摄入充裕。维生素A、优质钙源摄入不足,脂肪摄入偏高。从膳食构成看,粮食摄入偏低,牛奶、蔬菜摄入不足标准的50%。结论 针对上述问题,建议减少植物油、猪肉摄入量,增加牛奶、动物内脏和蔬菜摄入量。
Objective To grasp the nutritional and dietary characteristics of winter pilots in cold regions, find out the problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods Weighing method was used to investigate the flight attendants of Zhangjiakou, Dandong and Qiqihar stations. The nutrition calculation software 97 was developed by our institute. Results Winter pilots in winter cold energy, protein and ascorbic acid, nicotinic acid, iron, zinc sufficient intake. Vitamin A, high-quality calcium intake, high fat intake. From the diet composition, low food intake, milk, vegetables less than 50% of the standard intake. Conclusion In view of the above problems, it is suggested to reduce the intake of vegetable oil and pork and increase the intake of milk, animal offal and vegetables.
