语义网环境下,图书馆数据的关联数据化已成为一种趋势。新的编目标准RDA已经取代AACR2,相应地,书目格式要适应RDA以及开放的数字网络环境,必须从传统的MARC格式转向基于关联数据模型的新格式BIBFRAME。作为同为关联数据而生的内容标准RDA和编码标准BIBFRAME,BIBFRAME兼容RDA,二者配合使用,共同发展,不仅推动图书馆从文献编目体系向资源编目体系转型,同时也推动图书馆关联数据化发展,从而提高图书馆书目数据的网络可见度及可用性。面对转型与发展,我国图书馆界要抓住机遇,主动作为,积极探索,为我国图书馆的转型和发展做出应有的贡献。
Under the semantic web environment, the related dataization of library data has become a trend. The new cataloging standard, RDA, has superseded AACR2. Accordingly, the bibliographic format has to adapt to RDA and the open digital network environment and must shift from the traditional MARC format to the new format BIBFRAME based on the Linked Data Model. As the same as the associated data born standard RDA and coding standards BIBFRAME, BIBFRAME compatible with RDA, both use and develop together, not only promote the library from the document cataloging system to resource cataloging system transformation, but also to promote library-related data Development, thereby increasing the network visibility and availability of library bibliographic data. In the face of the transformation and development, the library community in our country should seize the opportunity and actively take the initiative to explore and make its due contribution to the transformation and development of our country’s libraries.
