作者采用简单的上滑片接触法引出油膜厚度测量信号,对多孔油嘴油束在活塞顶 面形成的油膜厚度进行动态测量。试验结果表明,测量的重复性是很好的,因而是切实 可行的。再改变油嘴喷射夹角、喷油提前角和发动机转速,研究油膜在活塞顶面的分 市规律,得出“油嘴喷射夹角与活塞顶锥角一致时形成的油膜分布最佳”的结论。并 通过实机性能试验获得验证。为有效组织油膜—雾化燃烧提供依据。
The authors used a simple sliding contact method to derive the oil film thickness measurement signal to measure the thickness of the oil film formed by the porous bushing on the top of the piston. The test results show that the repeatability of the measurements is good and is therefore practicable. Then change the angle of nozzle jetting, jetting advance angle and engine speed to study the subdividing law of oil film on the piston top surface, and draw the conclusion that “the oil film distribution is the best when the jet nozzle angle is consistent with the piston cone angle.” And verified by real machine performance test.
