采用均匀设计优化荔枝渣低温发酵转化乙醇工艺参数,对荔枝渣预处理工艺主要考察酶的用量、酶解时间、酶解温度对酶解效果的影响,对发酵转化乙醇工艺主要考察酒曲添加量、发酵时间、发酵温度、糖度等参数对发酵过程中乙醇得率的影响。利用DPS7.05软件对荔枝渣低温发酵转化乙醇的发酵工艺进行偏最小二乘回归分析,获得最佳的发酵工艺参数为酒曲添加量为0.5%、发酵时间为168h、发酵温度为36℃、糖度为16°Bx,优化模型所得的乙醇产率为17.16%,在此条件下实际乙醇产率为10.8%。
The uniform design was used to optimize the technological parameters of low temperature fermentation of litchi residue to convert ethanol. The effects of enzyme dosage, enzymolysis time and enzymolysis temperature on the enzymolysis were studied in the pretreatment process of litchi residue. Partial least squares regression analysis of the fermentation process of ethanol conversion from low temperature fermentation of litchi residue by DPS7.05 software was carried out.
