目的:研究水蛭微粉对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血脂水平的影响。方法:新西兰兔40只,预留8只作为空白对照组,其余兔采用高脂饲料喂养和球囊损伤术制备AS兔模型,共6周;造模成功后,将模型组32只兔按血清TG和CHOL水平随机分为:模型对照组,阿托伐他汀钙片组,水蛭微粉低剂量、高剂量组。各给药组按上述剂量灌胃给予相应药物,空白对照组、模型对照组给予等容量的生理盐水,每日1次,连续给药4周。给药结束后耳缘静脉取血,测定血清TG、CHOL、HDL-C、LDL-C和Apo A1、Apo B、Lp(a)水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组兔血清TG、CHOL、LDL-C和Apo B、Apo B/Apo A1、Lp(a)水平明显升高,血清HDL-C水平明显降低;与模型对照组比较,水蛭微粉能明显降低AS兔血清CHOL、TG、LDL-C、Apo B、Apo B/Apo A1和Lp(a)水平,升高血清HDL-C水平。结论:水蛭微粉具有良好的抗动脉粥样硬化作用,其机制可能与调节血脂有关。
Objective: To study the effect of leech micropowder on blood lipids in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits. Methods: Forty New Zealand rabbits were reserved for blank control group. The remaining rabbits were given AS fed with high fat diet and balloon injury for 6 weeks. After successful modeling, 32 rabbits in model group were treated with serum TG and CHOL levels were randomly divided into: model control group, atorvastatin calcium group, leech micropowder low dose, high dose group. Each treatment group was given the corresponding drug by gavage at the above dosage, and the normal control group and the model control group were given the same volume of normal saline once a day for continuous administration for 4 weeks. The blood was collected from the ear vein after the administration, and the levels of serum TG, CHOL, HDL-C, LDL-C and Apo A1, Apo B and Lp (a) were measured. Results: Compared with the normal control group, serum TG, CHOL, LDL-C, Apo B, Apo B / Apo A1 and Lp (a) were significantly increased and serum HDL-C levels were significantly decreased in model control group Compared with the control group, the leech micropowder could significantly reduce the levels of CHOL, TG, LDL-C, Apo B, Apo B / Apo A1 and Lp (a) and increase the level of serum HDL-C in AS rabbits. Conclusion: Leech micropowder has a good anti-atherosclerotic effect, the mechanism may be related to the regulation of blood lipids.
