目的观察临床上应用康复新液联合兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的效果,为反流性食管炎的临床治疗提供新思路。方法选取医院就诊的反流性食管炎患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用康复新液治疗,疗程均为8周。治疗前后所有患者均进行症状分级和胃镜检查。结果治疗后,观察组临床症状分级与胃镜检查组织学分级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用康复新液联合兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎具有协同作用,临床疗效显著,不良反应少,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with lansoprazole and mosapride on reflux esophagitis and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with reflux esophagitis treated in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lansoprazole and mosapride; the observation group was treated with Kangfuxinye on the basis of the control group, and the course of treatment was 8 weeks. All patients before and after treatment were graded for symptoms and gastroscopy. Results After treatment, clinical symptom grading and gastroscopy histological grading in the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with lansoprazole and mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis has a synergistic effect with significant clinical efficacy and few adverse reactions, which can be widely applied in clinic.
