眼袋整复术是中老年人最常见的睑部整形术,也是最容易产生术后出血及血肿并发症[1]和医疗纠纷的手术。我们在近4年139例的眼袋整复术中,共发生4例术后继发性眶外出血及血肿,经处理未发生视力减退或眼睑硬结,现报告如下。
