人身自由人身自由是指公民的人身自由不受非法侵犯的自由。人身自由是公民参加国家政治生活、社会生活的基础,是以人身保障为核心的权利体系。《宪法》第37条规定“:中华人民共和国公民的人身自由不受侵犯。任何公民,非经人民检察院批准或者决定,或者人民法院决定,并由公安机关执行,不受逮捕。禁止非法拘禁和以其他方法剥夺或者限制公民的人身自由,禁止非法搜查公民
Personal freedom Personal freedom refers to the freedom of citizen’s freedom from unlawful invasion. Personal freedom is the basis for citizens to participate in the political life and social life of the country. It is a system of rights based on personal security. Article 37 of the Constitution stipulates that ”People’s Liberty of the People’s Republic of China shall not be infringed on their personal liberty. Any citizen, other than the people’s procuratorate approved or decided upon or decided by the people’s court, shall be executed by the public security organ without arrest. And deprived of or restricted the personal freedom of citizens by other means, prohibiting the illegal search of citizens
