国家之所以实施“体育中考”制度,是希望能借助政策杠杆的调整来唤醒学校、学生及家长对体育教学和体质健康的重视。其目的是想借助这种特殊形式,为引导学生积极参加体育锻炼,追求、达成“提高学生身体素质,增进学生身体健康”的目标,并为学校全面开展体育活动提供有力的保证。现在各个省市中招考试都有体育考试,但是具体的执行办法却不尽相同,考试项目也就不相同。本刊已经介绍了北京市2010年中考改革,在以往30分体育现场考试成绩的基础上增加了过程性考核成绩10分。本刊将陆续关注其他省市的中考体育改革,把改革的经验的推广和介绍。改革是一个动态的过程,是不断深入、不断完善的过程,中考体育改革应逐渐淡化学生的考试心理,而考试的最终目的是强化考生自觉锻炼、培养终身锻炼的意识,使考试真正纳入人性化、科学化、规范化的轨道。
