本文通过对目前应用较广的GRP复合材料的基本特性和应用效果的综述,提出了在油气管道工程中使用玻璃钢复合材料代替钢管的设想。通过比较玻璃钢与钢材的一些主要性能,论证了这一设想在技术上的可行性,并且根据国内外资料介绍的一些经济指标和应用实例阐明了在油气管道中应用复合材料的经济合理性。最后就目前我国油气管道建设中发展复合材料急需解决的问题提出了几点意见。
In this paper, based on the review of the basic characteristics and application effects of the currently widely used GRP composites, the idea of using FRP composite materials instead of steel pipes in oil and gas pipelines is proposed. By comparing some main properties of FRP and steel, the feasibility of this concept is demonstrated, and the economic rationality of applying composite materials in oil and gas pipelines is clarified according to some economic indexes and application examples introduced by domestic and foreign materials. At last, some opinions are put forward on the urgent problems to be solved in the current development of China’s oil and gas pipelines.
