目前临床鑑別早期妊娠是否正常,常根据子宮大小、宫頸着色、妊娠試驗,以及妊娠三个月以后能否听到胎心音和胎动感来判断。但有不少早期妊娠異常的病例,較早确定診断比較困难,常致誤診。近年来,超声波对妊娠的早期診断和葡萄胎的診断,有較高的評价。我們收集了1963年以来我院住院病人中疑为葡萄胎、过期流产、先兆流产等81例。通过超声波检查,探討其对早期妊娠中的異常病例鑑別和診断价值。材料与方法我們使用的仪器是:CTS—1X超声波探伤仪、TS—1型超声波診断仪、7321型ABP超声波显象診断仪。频率均为2.5兆赫。探头为医用直
The current clinical identification of early pregnancy is normal, often based on the size of the uterus, cervical coloring, pregnancy tests, and three months after pregnancy to hear fetal heart sounds and fetal movement to determine.
