中日友好医院是国家卫计委直属医院,现有病床1500张,设有68个临床、医技科室,集医疗、教学、科研、康复和预防保健等多项功能为一体,同时承担中央保健医疗康复任务、涉外医疗任务,同时还是国家卫计委远程医疗管理培训中心。上世纪九十年代,中日友好医院开始进行信息化建设。尤其是从2007年开始,随着政府对信息化重视程度的提高,医院的信息化建设迅速发展,目前,医院已拥有HIS、PACS、LIS和EMR等基础信息系统,现在正在进行数据平台建设。中日友好医
