江苏省扬州中学的张乃达老师是我省第三批公布的特级教师。张乃达在“思维与数学教学”的专题研究中成果卓著,他于去年出版的专著《数学思维教育学》,受到数学教育界的好评。一个中学教师,为什么能持之以恒地坚持研究工作?他是怎样写出几十万字的理论专著的?本刊记者带着这些问题对他作了一次采访,现将访谈记录整理发表于下。张乃达老师进行教学研究的宝贵经验不仅对数学教师,对从事任何学科教学的教师都有启发。只要大家对他的经验认真研究,结合自己学科的特点和自身的基础加以借鉴,那就不仅仅是一般地提高教学质量,而且在自己的教学研究中也一定会取得可喜的成果。
Zhang Nai-da Yangzhou High School in Jiangsu Province is the third batch of teachers in our province announced. Zhang Nanda in the “thinking and mathematics teaching,” the outstanding achievements of the special study, he published last year, monograph “Mathematics Thinking Pedagogy” by the mathematics education community. A middle school teacher, why persevere in his research work? How he wrote hundreds of thousands of theoretical monograph? Zhang Nai-ta teacher valuable experience in teaching and research not only mathematics teachers, teachers engaged in teaching any subject have inspiration. As long as we make a careful study of his experience and learn from the characteristics of our own disciplines and our own foundation, we will not only improve our teaching quality in general but will certainly achieve gratifying results in our own teaching and research.
