英德的黄 木炎 茶树等品种为优质高香型品种 ,具有独特的自然花香味。对其茶叶分析结果表明 ,咖啡碱、氨基酸、总糖及多酚类物质含量较多 ,说明其品质较好。初步检出了 5 4种香气的化学成分 ,含量较高的有法呢烯、法呢醇、吲哚、磷酸三丁酯、芳樟醇及其氧化物、罗勒烯、苯乙晴、苯乙醇等 ,其中法呢烯、法呢醇、吲哚、磷酸三丁酯和苯乙醇等含量比其他茶叶的含量高 ,这些成分跟英德高香茶具有的自然花香味可能有密切的关系
