徐淑岐,1981年毕业分配到中煤一公司四十九处工作,在矿山建设一线摸爬滚打了近30年,曾参与组织施工井筒13个、二期平巷工程4个,施工进尺超万米,先后担任过矿建技术员、队长、项目副经理、经理、书记等职,现任中煤一建四十九处孜东项目部经理。徐淑岐始终以极其认真的态度投身矿山建设的事业中,足迹踏遍河北、山西、山东、江西、内蒙古、安徽等6个省、自治区,以严谨的工作作风、过硬的业务技能和精细的管理,为祖国的矿山建设事业做出了突出的贡献。
