构建了基于掺镱双包层光纤的超荧光种子源和放大器,实现了稳定运转的全光纤结构宽带超荧光光源,种子源经一级单程放大,获得百瓦级功率超荧光输出。该超荧光光源在高功率状态下无自脉冲、弛豫振荡、纵模起振。超荧光种子源中心波长1050nm,半峰全宽(FWHM)21nm,最大输出功率3W。放大级超荧光最高输出功率102W,斜率效率70%,FWHM 20.5nm。
A superfluorescent seed source and amplifier based on ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber are constructed, and a stable wide-band superfluorescent light source with all-fiber structure is realized. The seed source is amplified by a single pass to obtain a power output of 100 watts. The super-fluorescent light source has no self-pulse, relaxation oscillation and longitudinal mode oscillation in high power state. Superfluorescent seed source center wavelength of 1050nm, full width at half maximum (FWHM) 21nm, the maximum output power of 3W. Amplifier super-fluorescent maximum output power of 102W, slope efficiency of 70%, FWHM 20.5nm.
