虹口是上海故事最多,也是最让人贪心的地方。作为上海这座繁华都市最便捷的地段之一,出门可直达外滩及陆家嘴金融区,十里洋场环绕周围,街巷之中,是海派古老的石库门风格建筑,居住在高楼洋房里可眺望美丽的黄浦江。鲁迅在这里写文章出名,各国政商在这里建工立场,营造洋房公馆,争夺金钱与地盘。如果没有动乱,住在这里的人不愿离去,离开的人总想回来。历史虽然早已经远去,但留下来的艺术与建筑,却仍然让虹口保留民国时期的风情与优雅。选址在这里的酒店,必然不能俗气和平庸,而整个虹口,集艺术品最多、最有艺术气息的,则要数上海虹口三至喜来登酒店。
