试验设计的颗粒饲料中鱼粉含量为5%,实测粗蛋白含量为21.6%,试验组矿物质添加量为千分之一.供试的尼罗罗非鱼种(Oreochromisniloticus)平均重量为14.8g.结果表明,试验组的尼罗罗非鱼种增重效果显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其饲料系数为2.04;此外,鱼体肌肉组织必需氨基酸(EAA)含量及其蓄积率、蛋白质效率等指标亦以试验组的较高,而试验组鱼体肌肉和肝脏的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd等重金属含量则明显低于对照组.试验证实,配制的矿物质添加剂对尼罗罗非鱼种生长有显著的促进作用
