用 198 Au示踪法研究了在碱性条件下 ,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)萃取 KAu(CN) 2 。实验考察了水相金浓度、助剂或 CTAB及体系乳化等因素对金萃取分离的影响。结果表明 :CTAB体系可将绝大部分金从水相萃取到有机相。随着萃入金的增加 ,有机相水含量减少。增加有机相己醇浓度或在水相中加入少量溶菌酶 ,可对乳化体系起着破乳作用。当NH4 SCN浓度大于 3 .0 mol/L时 ,大部分有机相金能被反萃回水相 (反萃率为~ 93 % )。
The extraction of KAu (CN) 2 with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) under basic condition was studied by 198 Au tracer method. The effect of aqueous phase gold concentration, additives or CTAB and system emulsification on gold extraction and separation was investigated experimentally. The results show that CTAB system can extract most of gold from aqueous phase to organic phase. As extraction gold increases, the water content in the organic phase decreases. Increasing the organic phase hexanol concentration or adding a small amount of lysozyme in the aqueous phase can act as a demulsifier for the emulsifying system. When the concentration of NH4 SCN is greater than 3.0 mol / L, most of the organic phase gold can be stripped back into the aqueous phase (stripping ratio ~ 93%).
