中小企业发展属于世界性的现象,遵循着既有同一性又有差异性的发展规律,汇集于世界经济的发展进程之中,因此,中小企业在各国经济发展中都占有一定的份量。二战后,美、日、法、德等发达国家的中小企业发展迅猛,并形成了各具特色的发展策略,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,借鉴发达国家中小企业的发展谋略和成功经验,对更好地促进我国中小企业的快速、健康发展具有重要作用。
The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is a worldwide phenomenon. It follows the development laws that are both identical and different, and are brought together in the development process of the world economy. Therefore, SMEs have a certain amount of weight in the economic development of each country. After World War II, small and medium-sized enterprises in developed countries such as the United States, Japan, France, and Germany developed rapidly and formed their own distinctive development strategies, achieving remarkable results. Under the conditions of China’s socialist market economy, drawing on the development strategies and successful experiences of small and medium-sized enterprises in developed countries, it will play an important role in promoting the rapid and healthy development of China’s SMEs.
