随着日益深入的高校改革,高校将教育目标确定为,培养高素质的大学生,促进大学生身心健康的发展。而体育锻炼对促进大学生身心健康发展,发挥着重要的作用。本文分析了大学生开展体育锻炼的意义,体育锻炼对大学生健康的影响。并从提高大学生对体育锻炼的认识,为体育锻炼提供良好的条件、重视课堂教学等几个方面,提出了提升大学生体育锻炼成效的策略。
