目的探讨消毒供应中心区域化管理模式的医院感染质量控制方案。方法根据卫生部关于消毒供应中心(CSSD)管理要求,开展对CSSD医院感染控制方案进行实施。结果保证了再生医疗器械集中消毒灭菌质量;杜绝器械清洗不合格、包布未一用一清洗、湿包等问题,为临床提供了合格的无菌物品,无菌物品合格率达100.00%。结论区域化CSSD管理中医院感染控制是保证质量的重要环节。
Objective To investigate the quality control of hospital infection in the regional management of disinfection supply center. Methods According to the requirements of the Ministry of Health on the management of disinfection supply center (CSSD), the CSSD hospital infection control program was implemented. As a result, the quality of concentrated medical instruments for sterilization and sterilization was guaranteed. The problems of unqualified instruments cleaning, unwrapped cloth and wet bags were not solved. The qualified sterilized articles were provided clinically, and the pass rate of sterile articles reached 100.00%. Conclusion Regionalized CSSD Management Hospital infection control is an important part of quality assurance.
