由于环境条件变化等原因,设计不考虑抗浮的地下室往往在施工过程或竣工投入使用前出现上浮、开裂等现象。因此,如何对地下室上浮进行分析和处理是值得工程人员研究和探讨的问题。针对某新建体育场出现基础上浮、地下室柱及顶板顶梁多处开裂的事故,进行分析研究并提出相应的处理方案,以满足结构正常使用的要求。该工程经验可供分析和处理类似事故时参考。
Due to changes in environmental conditions and other reasons, the design does not consider anti-floating basement often appear in the construction process or completed before put into use, floating, cracking and so on. Therefore, how to analyze and deal with the uplift of basement is a problem that engineers should study and discuss. Aiming at the accident that a new stadium appears on the basis of floating, the basement column and the ceiling roof beam cracking at many places, the paper analyzes and puts forward the corresponding treatment plan to meet the requirement of normal structure use. This engineering experience is available for analysis and handling of similar accidents.
