在快速城镇化的背景下,一些城市在扩张的过程中出现了中国特有的“城中村现象”。城中村内居住条件落后,建筑分布混乱且功能单一,街道狭窄而无序,缺乏活力。江苏省“紫金奖”竞赛背景下的“伸缩街道——城中村里的创客街”方案,尝试通过规划设计来改造城中村现状,即在调研基础上,运用减法、加法等手法设计一条以“开源分享”为主题的创客街,将其有机地嵌入到原有的消极空间,并创新性地在立面添加可“伸缩”的阳台板,满足不同时间段的功能需求。本文介绍了该方案的构思过程、创新点以及亮点,以期为开展城中村整治,丰富城中村的街道生活,营造具有高品质的街道氛围提供一种解决方案,进而给城市带来生机和活力,增添城市的魅力。
