髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)是神经髓鞘组织的特异性成分。近年来认为其抗体与脱髓鞘疾病有关.本文从正常人脑白质中提取出 MBP,以此作为抗原。用酶联 A 蛋白法检测了小儿几种中枢神经系统(CNS)疾病时,脑脊液(CSF)中髓磷脂碱性蛋白抗体(MBP—Ab)的水平,发现自身免疫病格林-巴利综合征(GBS)时,CSF 中 MBP-Ab 水平明显增高,与对照组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。另外,颅内肿瘤、结核性脑膜炎时MBP-Ab 亦有所增高,提示 CNS 内有不同程度的抗体合成。
Myelin basic protein (MBP) is a specific component of myelin sheath. In recent years, the antibody is thought to be related to demyelinating disease.In this paper, MBP was extracted from normal human white matter as antigens. Serum levels of myelin basic protein antibody (MBP-Ab) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were assayed by enzyme linked protein A in several CNS disorders and found that autoimmune diseases Guillain-Barré Syndrome GBS), the level of MBP-Ab in CSF was significantly increased compared with the control group (P <0.001). In addition, intracranial tumors, tuberculous meningitis MBP-Ab also increased, suggesting that there are different degrees of CNS antibody synthesis.
