目的探讨我市常见食品铅污染情况,为食品安全性评价和制定针对性措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层抽样方法,在全市9个区餐饮企业、肉菜市场、零售店、超级市场、批发点等6类采样点,分阶段抽取10大类食品进行检测。结果1025份样品检测,合格940份,合格率91.71%。蛋及蛋制品、粮食、奶及奶制品、水果、水产品、禽畜肉类均有部分样品超标。结论我市主要食品铅含量整体超标情况不严重,但粮食类、水果、蛋及蛋制品等超标比例较高,需引起重视。
Objective To explore the common lead contamination in our city and provide a scientific basis for food safety assessment and formulation of targeted measures. Methods By stratified sampling method, 10 categories of foodstuffs were sampled in stages for testing in 6 sampling points in 9 district catering enterprises, meat dish markets, retail stores, supermarkets and wholesale outlets in the city. Results 1025 samples were tested, passing 940, the pass rate of 91.71%. Eggs and egg products, food, milk and dairy products, fruits, aquatic products, livestock and poultry, some samples have exceeded the standard. Conclusion The overall lead content of major food in our city is not serious, but the excessive proportion of foodstuffs, fruits, eggs and egg products should be paid more attention.
