学期初,为了了解学生学习数学的心态,我作了一次不记名调查活动:请学生从语文、数学、英语、社会、自然、体育、思品七门学科中选择两门最喜欢的学科,并谈谈对数学的认识。从统计结果来看,喜欢数学的学生仅仅占全班的25%,许多学生谈到了数学常和一些数字、符号、公式打交道,太乏味。这样的调查结果,使我认识到数学教学必须处理好知识传授和应用的关系。为此我采用了许多语文教师常用的“课前五分钟”的方法,所不同的是语文课前五分钟,学生谈文学知识,而我则要求学生用五分钟谈自己运用数学知识解决了哪些实际问题。仅仅半学期的时间,学生对数学的认识就有了质的转变,下面就来听听几位学生的发言。
