从中国防控船舶压载水风险的现状入手,借鉴欧美发达国家关于船舶压载水管理的先进经验,提出一些关于如何防控船舶压载水风险管理的见解.
Starting from the current situation of preventing and controlling the risk of ballast water in China, drawing on the advanced experience of developed countries in Europe and the United States on the management of ballast water, some opinions on how to prevent and control the risk management of ballast water are put forward.
