明代的边疆实土卫所是近似州县的行政区划单位。寄治同城的实土卫所,是像内地大府的双附郭县那样分区划界,还是因陋就简并为一区,尚无明论。本文以实土卫所的屯田分布状况为主要指标,以驿递分布、防区形态、城区分野为辅助指标,分析了辽东、宣府、大同、宁夏、甘州、建昌等地同城卫所的区划状况。本文结论是:明代同城实土卫所中,只有宁夏、甘州的屯田,辽阳、宣府的防区,以及各卫在城内的分野,略具分区色彩。它们没有形成以城中衙署为支点向城外展开的扇形分区,也没有形成各类分区大体一致的连片地带。各卫既没有像双附郭县或其他实土卫所那样明确划分政区,又非彻底混杂,而是介于两种极端状况之间,平等分享或主客共享同一个总辖区。
Ming Dynasty frontier real soil Wei is similar to the administrative division of state units. They did not form a fan-shaped zoning to the outside of the city with the Yamesvatn as the fulcrum, nor did they form a contiguous zone of generally uniform division. The guards neither divided the districts clearly, nor were they thoroughly mixed, as they did in the case of Guo County or other real-life clinics, but between two extreme conditions, with equal sharing or with the same general jurisdiction shared by subjects and guests.
