目的评价MDCT扫描并三维重建在儿童及青少年前臂隐匿性青枝骨折中的临床应用价值。方法对27例前臂急性外伤的青少年患者同时行普通X线片与MDCT扫描并三维重建检查。结果经普通X线片发现19例23处骨折,同期行前臂MDCT检查,明确25例35处骨折。与普通X线片相比,MDCT扫描并三维重建检查对隐匿性青枝骨折阳性确诊率高,而普通X线片假阴性率高达34.3%。结论 MDCT扫描能提高儿童及青少年前臂外伤中的隐匿性青枝骨折的确诊率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MDCT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction in the hidden limbs of young children and adolescent young adults. Methods Twenty-seven adolescent patients with acute forearm injury were examined by plain radiography and MDCT at the same time. Results Twenty-nine fractures were found in 19 cases by conventional X-ray and the forearm MDCT was performed in the same period. Thirty-five fractures were found in 25 cases. Compared with the normal X-ray, MDCT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction examination positive detection rate of occult green fractures, while the false negative rate of ordinary X-ray as high as 34.3%. Conclusion MDCT scan can improve the diagnosis rate of occult green branches in children and adolescent forearm injuries.
