我组以前的工作证实喉返神经传出放电是反映内脏牵拉(包括内脏痛)反应的客观指标。本文的目的是在以前工作的基础上,通过分别刺激体躯感觉神经不同维纤,进一步了解体躯神经不同纤维兴奋对喉返神经传出放电的影响,探讨喉返神经诱发电位成分与不同类型纤维兴奋以及疼痛的关系,从而从体躯痛角度进一步证实喉返神经传出放电作为痛反应指标 Previous work in our group confirmed that the recurrent laryngeal nerve discharge is an objective measure of response to visceral traction (including visceral pain). The purpose of this paper is to further understand the effect of different fiber excitations on the recurrent laryngeal nerve in the somatosensory nerve by separately stimulating the different dimension fibers of the sensory nerves of the body so as to explore the relationship between the components of recurrent laryngeal nerve evoked potentials and the excitement of different types of fibers As well as the relationship between pain and body pain from the point of view to further confirm the recurrent laryngeal nerve discharge as a pain response index
