目的评价准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)的安全性、有效性、稳定性和可预测性。方法241眼(130人)行准分子激光角膜切削术以矫正近视及散光。结果术后6个月时,有90.6%的裸眼视力在0.5或以上,50%在1.0或以上;1.8%眼的最佳矫正视力下降2行或以上;80%眼的屈光状态达目标矫正值的±1.00D,55.3%达目标矫正值的±0.50D。结论 PRK 矫正近视,特别是低中度近视,具有良好的安全性,有效性稳定性和可预测性。
Objective To evaluate the safety, efficacy, stability and predictability of excimer laser refractive keratectomy (PRK). Methods 241 eyes (130 eyes) underwent excimer laser keratectomy to correct myopia and astigmatism. Results Six months after operation, 90.6% had uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5 or more, 50% were 1.0 or more, 1.8% of the best corrected visual acuity decreased by 2 lines or more, and 80% of eyes achieved refractive correction ± 1.00D, 55.3% of the value is ± 0.50D of the target corrected value. Conclusions PRK correction of myopia, especially low to moderate myopia, has good safety, effectiveness, stability and predictability.
