虽然员工生涯管理在西方受到了企业的追捧——像IBM、阿尔卡特、伯德恒钢铁公司甚至将生涯管理从人力资源中剥离出来,在公司成立平行于人力资源部的“员工生涯管理部”。但现在国内采用生涯管理的企业还不是很多,其中有相当一部分是跨国企业,因为在国外的总部实行了生涯管理,因而也在中国引入。其实员工生涯管理也是人力资源的一种管理方式。但是和现在流行的绩效考核不同,从这个角度上说,生涯管理更多地考虑了员工个人的职业发展。员工一切尽在掌握
