水平井作为提高单井产量和储层动用程度的有效手段,应用规模逐年加大,适用油藏类型复杂多样。为了开采埕海复杂油藏,研发了水平井分段控水完井技术,通过对埕海油田水平井油藏特性、油品物性、产液剖面影响因素的分析,考虑生产时水平段摩阻变化优化分段、优选封隔器、筛管型号完井。现场应用表明,投产后可以自主选择开采位置,结合人为调控生产压差,换层后油水产出比例有明显变化,无水采油周期延长,控水采油效果明显。
As an effective means to improve single-well production and reservoir utilization, horizontal wells have been applied year by year with complicated and diverse types of reservoirs. In order to mine Qionghai complex reservoirs, a horizontal well section control water completion technology was developed. Based on the analysis of horizontal well reservoir properties, oil properties and production fluid profiles in Qionghai Oilfield, the horizontal section frictional resistance Variation Optimize segmentation, preferably packer, screen tube type completion. The field application shows that after putting into production, the mining location can be chosen by itself. Combined with the man-made control of production pressure, the ratio of oil and water output after the layer change obviously changes. The period of anhydrous oil recovery prolongs and the effect of water control and oil recovery is obvious.
