目的实现基于预防接种单位客户端软件的预防接种报表直报。方法升级改造预防接种单位客户端软件,搭建测试平台,开发平台管理工具,选择地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化项目县预防接种单位进行现场测试。通过预防接种单位客户端软件上传国家免疫规划(National Immunization Programme,NIP)疫苗常规接种情况,第二类疫苗接种情况,预防接种单位运转情况,五种NIP疫苗(乙型肝炎疫苗、卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗、百日咳-白喉-破伤风联合疫苗、麻疹减毒活疫苗)接种情况报表,并在测试平台实时统计分析。结果通过平台管理工具可以在测试平台分析统计不同地区报告完整性,儿童预防接种个案录入情况,儿童预防接种记录录入及时性与完整性,NIP疫苗常规接种情况报表,第二类疫苗接种情况报表和五种NIP疫苗接种情况统计等结果。结论基于预防接种单位客户端报表直报可以动态监测预防接种单位的运转情况,及时掌握辖区预防接种信息,实现对辖区预防接种的管理。
Objective To achieve the direct reporting of vaccination report based on client software of vaccination unit. Methods To upgrade the client software of vaccination unit, set up a test platform and develop platform management tools, and choose the vaccination unit of vaccination project of children vaccination in earthquake-stricken area to carry out the field test. The vaccination unit client software was used to upload the routine vaccination of the National Immunization Program (NIP) vaccine, the second type of vaccination, the operation of the vaccination unit, the five NIP vaccines (Hepatitis B vaccine, Bacille Calmette-Guerin, oral spinal cord Live attenuated attenuated virulent vaccine, pertussis-diphtheria-tetanus combined vaccine, live attenuated measles vaccine) inoculation reports and real-time statistical analysis of the test platform. Results The platform management tools could analyze the integrity of the reports in different regions, the cases of vaccination in children, the timeliness and completeness of records of child vaccination records, the routine vaccination report of NIP vaccine, the report of the second vaccination situation and Five kinds of NIP vaccination statistics results. Conclusion Based on the direct reports of client reporting in vaccination units, the operation status of vaccination units can be dynamically monitored, and the precautionary vaccination information can be obtained in time to achieve the management of vaccination in the area.
