目的：观察社区护理干预对脑卒中患者的护理质量改善效果，并分析患者运动功能的康复改善措施。方法：选择我院符合条件的患者188 例，根据患者就诊顺序的单双号分为研究组和对比组，各 94 例，研究组在对比组基础上加用社区护理干预，对比组则利用传统护理，观察两组患者护理质量、满意度等指标差异，并对患者的运动功能康复效果进行对比研究。结果：研究组 FMA、MBI、NIHSS 量表、mRs 量表评分均显著高于对照组，研究组护理满意度 98.94%，对比组护理满意度 85.01%，研究组护理满意度显著高于对照组，研究组言语功能评分、AQ 平均均显著高于对照组，同时依从度评分高于对照组，差异显著(P＜0.05)，研究组生活质量评分（91.06±6.74）分，对比组生活质量评分（81.13±7.03）分，显著高于对照组，差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：脑卒中患者的预后康复效果受患者预后康复干预影响，患者出院后的依从度相对较差，对患者开展社区护理干预，能够在患者日常生活中延续护理干预工作，促进患者护理质量的提高，值得临床重视。“,”Objective:To observe the effect of community nursing intervention on nursing quality of stroke patients,and analyze the rehabilitation improvement measures of patients' motor function. Methods:188 eligible patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the single or even number of patients' visiting order, with 94 cases in each group.The study group added community nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, while the control group used traditional nursing to observe the differences of nursing quality,satisfaction and other indicators between the two groups, and compared the rehabilitation effect of motor function of patients.Results:the scores of FMA,MBI,NIHSS and MRS in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.94%, and that ofthe control group was 85.01%.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The speech function score and AQ average of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the compliance score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) The quality of life score of the control group was (81.13±7.03), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the prognosis rehabilitation effect of stroke patients is affected by the prognosis rehabilitation intervention, and the compliance of patients after discharge is relatively poor. Community nursing intervention can continue the nursing intervention work in patients' daily life, and promote the improvement of nursing quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical attention.
