通过对86株毛白杨优树和古树的不同组织材料的16种同工酶酶谱分析研究,发现有10种酶系统遗传表达稳定.其中有8种酶系统(ACO,GOT,LAP,NDH,PER,PGM,6-PGDH和SKDH)共有12个基因位点,另外两种酶系统(IDH和MDH)难以确定位点,各具5种酶1谱表现型.用这些酶系统可将86株毛白杨归属于79个不同遗传组成的无性系.重叠率为8.14%,平均重叠率为1.63%.由此证明全国毛白杨档案库收集的资源,具有丰富的种群代表性和可靠性.本文对用同工酶基因标记鉴别无性系所选用酶系统数目及其最佳酶系统组合也进行了讨论.
Through the analysis of 16 isozymes of different tissue materials of 86 Populus tomentosa trees and ancient trees, 10 kinds of enzyme systems were found to have stable genetic expression, of which 8 enzymes (ACO, GOT, LAP, NDH , PER, PGM, 6-PGDH and SKDH), and the other two enzyme systems (IDH and MDH) are difficult to identify and each has 5 enzyme 1 phenotypes. With these enzyme systems, 86 The Populus tomentosa belongs to 79 clones with different genetic composition.The overlapping rate is 8.14% and the average overlapping rate is 1.63%, which proves that the collected resources of the Populus tomentosa national archives are rich in population representativeness and reliability. The number of enzyme systems used to identify clones using isozyme gene markers and their optimal enzyme system combinations are also discussed.
