针对高三学生在复习备考过程中易出现的身体不适和心理健康问题,笔者在总结多年任教工作经验的基础上,吸收借鉴许多家长的成功做法,就家长如何帮助考生消除不良情绪,保持健康生活品质,提出自己的看法与思路,希望对考生家长有所帮助。一、运用科学方法,提高身体素质高三学生普遍存在着睡眠不足、用眼用脑过度及长期久坐的问题,家长应有针对性的采用补充营养、改善睡眠、加强锻炼等方式帮助孩子促进身体健康。
