(一) 上海冶金矿山机械厂是国内著名的电除尘器生产制造厂。该厂从60年代以来,设计制造的电除尘器累计达600多台套,约5万余吨,在电站、冶金、化工、建材、民政等领域获得了极其广泛的应用。该厂也是国内电除尘器生产最早、质量最好、数量最多、品种规格最齐、服务领域最广的制造厂。进入80年代以来,设计制造的电除尘器向大型化方向发展,先后为谏壁电厂、平圩电厂、石洞口电厂、望亭电厂、龙口电厂等电站提供大型配套电除尘器,其中为谏壁电厂配套的DGP220型电除尘器于1986年获得机械部、水电部颁发的科技进步二等奖。电除尘器的设计,是一个相当复杂的过程。因为影响电除尘器设计的参数有烟气量、煤灰成份、温度、湿度、收尘效率、地
(a) Shanghai Metallurgical Mine Machinery Factory is a well-known domestic manufacturer of electrostatic precipitators. Since the 1960s, the company has designed and manufactured more than 600 sets of electrostatic precipitators, with a total capacity of more than 50,000 tons. It has been widely used in power plants, metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, and civil administration. The plant is also the earliest domestic manufacturer of electrostatic precipitators, with the best quality, the largest quantity, the most complete specifications and the most extensive service areas. Since the 1980s, the design and manufacture of electrostatic precipitators has grown towards large-scale development, and successively provided large-scale supporting electrostatic precipitators for power stations such as Jianbi Power Plant, Pingshuo Power Plant, Shidongkou Power Plant, Wangting Power Plant, and Longkou Power Plant. The DGP220-type electrostatic precipitator provided by the power plant was awarded the second prize for scientific and technological progress by the Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Water and Power in 1986.
