针对粘土类除氟剂普遍存在硬度差的问题,试验以粘结剂A对自制的改性粘土除氟剂进行硬度改善研究。正交试验结果表明,在最佳条件下,除氟剂硬度得到明显改善,且硬度改善后的除氟剂对氟的吸附效果仍然较好,可达未经硬度改善除氟剂对氟吸附容量的92.8%。再生性能试验研究中,通过对NaOH、H2SO4、Al2(SO4)33种改性溶液对比研究,最终选择最佳再生溶液为Al2(SO4)3溶液,最佳再生条件为将吸附饱和的除氟剂与质量分数0.5%的Al2(SO4)3按15:的比例混合浸泡5 h,在此条件下除氟剂的再生效率可达99.8%,且经6次再生后除氟剂对氟仍具有较好的吸附效果。
