栽培草菇的主要原料是稻草。稻草有隔年的晚稻草和当年的早稻草,菇农习惯使用隔年晚稻草,认为它通过冬季贮存积压,杂菌少,且可提早在5月下旬至6月底播种,生产容易成功。而当年鲜早稻草生产草菇产量不高,所以一般都不用。据我们的实践经验,只要掌握早稻草的特性和草菇的生长条件,改变一些管理方法,早稻草也是种草菇的好原料。以下就鲜稻草种草菇谈点浅见。
